appointment
Jun 26, 2007 1:00 AM
I had my first doctor appointment for this preganancy last week(fourth pregnancy, 5th child). I am now about 11 weeks along. I heard the baby's heart beat and we discussed my cerclage surgery. This Thursday, I will go back t the doctor for an ultrasound and for my pre-op appointment for my cerclage. I will get the cerclage on Friday. I am excited, but now excited. I am excited to have it over with, but not excited to go through it again. I will try not to worry too much. It will be neat to see the baby on the ultrasound.
The kids are doing well. I am really worried about Joshua's schooling. Private school or home school? I want all his needs met. He is such a smart kiddo, but would get so lost in the public school situation. We are also in transition with his therapy services. we are trying to decide which ones to keep and which ones so get rid of....my life feels os unorganized right now, especially with me being so tierd all the time. I still haven't gottten dressed yet and it is nearly noon! The house is a wreck and the paper work is backed up. But the kids are happy and we have played together which is more important than cleaning anyway! There will always be things to clean and organize, but there won't always be kids to play with...they grow so fast.
Thanks for reading.

I will write more later.

oh ya, Josh got his new glasses a few days ago. He loves them. I didn't think he would really notice a difference, but he told me he can see better. When my parents and sister came to visit the he ran up to them to show them his new glasses. He is getting so grown up...it makes me happy to see him excited to see better. What a miracle to see!

- Jun 26, 2007 3:06 AMLittle boys in glasses are adorable! Glad he can see better.Good luck this week with your ultra sounds and cerclauge, I hope everything goes well.School is a hard one, I know. We're paying much more for preschool that I ever thought I'd consider for London! We've already decided to keep him at a Motessori school for kindergarden........I too am worried about the big public schools, even though ours is top notch in the city and state. Like you, I just want the best for him.-Shonda
